The following pictures will show some of the steps necessary to customize the windshield center post and the divider for the rear window.


In the first picture, the garnish moulding that was cut up is shown. The plywood was used to maintain the shape and alignment of the post , and to keep everything in the same plane. After the moulding was welded to the windshield opening, it was determined that it would need a little more shape so more metal was added. After the welding was finished, All Metal, a filler that is stronger than Bondo,was used to give the divider shape.

The rear window needed more detail also and was done in a similar way.
